This year, everyone on Earth has had to reevaluate their life, work, skills, and relationships. People and systems are being tested and are learning many lessons – and there’s no going back. Those who will thrive will be those able to shift mindset and innovate. As we remote-everything: learning, medicine, shopping, socializing; we are now at the edge of our “known map” in terms of how we manage and lead. What is ahead is “Tera Incognita”. And what the world needs now is a new breed of leaders: those who can master new styles of leadership: collective, evidence based, agile, speedy and less hasty.
